Can I change ownership of my policy?

The ability to change ownership of a policy varies by product. Click on your contract type under Forms on Help and Support and select the form to meet your needs. Or, call for friendly service and expert assistance.

Call today to speak with a licensed agent. Or, click on Contact Us and complete the form indicating your interest in a new product/policy.
How do I cancel my policy?
The policy owner must call us to request cancellation.
How do I change my coverage amount?

How do I change the name on my account and/or my policy?

Names on policies or your online service account cannot be changed online. Please call for assistance with all name changes.

How do I update my address on my policy?

US Address: To update a US address, select Personal Information at the top of the page and then select Edit Address.

 

Military or International Address: To update a military or international address, please call us.

 

Note: Most updates are made within one hour. Updates requested outside normal business hours may take up to one business day. Please check back later to confirm your address has been updated.

How do I update my phone number on my policy?

US Phone Number: To update your phone number, select Personal Information at the top of the page and then select Edit Phone.

 

International Phone Number: To update an international phone number, please call us.

What if I have more than one policy?
To create your account enter any one of your policies. Additional policies may be added automatically through set up or can be added to your account when your registration is complete.
Where can I find information about my policy and coverage?

Go to Account Overview and click on View Policy Details or View Contract Details. Please refer to your contract for additional features and benefits.

Where can I see the address and phone number associated with my policy?

To see the address and phone number associated with your policy, select Personal Information at the top of the page.

Why can't I update my address or phone number online for certain policies?
Here are some common reasons why you may not be able to update your address or phone number online:
- Your policy type can't be serviced online.
- Your policy is inactive.
Why don't I see my policy (or policies) here?

This may be because you have a type of policy we don't service online. Or, in some cases, you may have purchased a policy AFTER you created your online service account, in which case you would need to go to Account Overview and click Find Another Policy. In other cases, you may not see your policy because it is not active.

Why isn’t the payment or update I just made reflected in my account?
Payments and requested updates may take 1-2 days to process. If you mailed a request or payment recently, we may have not received it yet.
